Kristian Gibson-Ford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Doctoral Candidate in Behavioral Health
at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. She is currently employed as a LCSW at
Premise Health where she provides onsite therapy through the Employee Health Center helping the
employees manage various mental health difficulties. Kristian also recently opened her own private
practice, Harmony 360 Counseling, PLLC. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington where she
graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science and double majored in Human
Development and Family Studies and Biology in 2006. She received minors in Psychology and Sociology.
Kristian then decided to pursue her Master’s in Social Work degree from Indiana University Purdue
University in Indianapolis and graduated in 2011. Since graduation she has provided therapy and clinical
supervision at various agencies across Indiana and now North Carolina and South Carolina.
Kristian is the proud wife of Cory Ford, Sr. They have two children, a bonus son, Cory Jr. and a
daughter, Annamarie. Kristian is also a stage II triple negative breast cancer survivor and is an
advocate for breast cancer research. She is also an advocate for maternal health after having
HELLP Syndrome which caused her daughter to be born 7 weeks prematurely.
